Hotkeys

Up / Down arrows: Navigate the list
+, -, Enter: Add or remove cards from the deck
Delete / Backspace: Remove all copies of a card
Hold shift to modify the sideboard instead (eg. Shift + Enter to add to Sideboard)
Left Bracket ([) to move all copies to the maindeck
Right Bracket (]) to move all copies to the sideboard
